The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
sinclair dives in and grabs biir's left leg, looking for a takedown. biir pushes down on sinclair's head and hops out.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
sinclair takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

sinclair gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows biir to score an easy takedown into full guard.
