Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pedro piui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Ken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ken Ken will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

piui gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ken drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and piui dives on top into guard.

piui stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ken swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Ken really doesn't want to stay on the ground with piui. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Pedro piui just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Ken shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ken showed some decent athleticism there.

Ken is breathing heavily.
piui takes Ken's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Ken is in trouble.
