Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Dante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is DMX - Get It On The Floor (instrumental). Tony Dante will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kurt Angle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Dante!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angle stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Angle wants it to stay on the feet.
Dante closes the distance and clinches.
Dante is struggling to control the position.
Dante has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Angle regains guard immediately.
Angle is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dante defends well.
Angle is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dante wants to control from the top but Angle keeps moving.
Dante stands and throws Angle's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Dante lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dante trying to control the action but Angle is working from the bottom.
Dante might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Angle kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Angle tries to improve position but can't.
Dante trying to control the position but Angle is working away.
Angle is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Dante swings around for an armbar but Angle sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Dante's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Angle wants to control from the top but Dante keeps moving.
Angle stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Angle misses with a two punch combination.
Dante shoots in and drives through. Angle sprawls well.
Kurt Angle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Dante.
Dante tries to bum rush Angle with a series of wild strikes but Angle uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
No luck for Dante with that takedown attempt.
Dante feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Dante looks gassed!
Angle keeping moving, preventing Dante from controlling successfully.
Dante is sitting in close to Angle's body. Angle has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Dante is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Dante is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Angle.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kurt Angle!
