A looping hook to the body misses from Heart. Nioka does a little dance to reset his feet.

Nioka shoots in but Heart avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nioka scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Nioka thows a huge punch but Heart dodges it nicely.
