Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams has chosen remember the name as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy throws a hook but Williams avoids it easily.
Guy pivots, looking for a leg kick but Williams is out of range and Guy settles back down.
Guy throws an overhand right that lands on Williams's shoulder, as Williams tries to avoid the shot.
Guy misses with a body shot.
Guy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Guy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Guy. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Guy.
It looks like Jason Williams has been cut.
Guy throws the left hand but Williams avoids the punch easily.
A big left from Guy misses.
Mr Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Guy throws a hook but Williams blocks it.

Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Guy lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Williams at a distance.
Guy ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Williams moves away.
Guy looks to score with a jab to the body but Williams is just out of range.
Guy lands with an overhand left.
Guy throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Guy missing with a left hand there. Williams was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Guy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
