Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorma Kampa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yeovil Tiger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kampa's entrance music is Kickstarts. A fine choice. Tiger has chosen Delilah by Tom Jones as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jorma Kampa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Yeovil Tiger!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiger looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kampa dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tiger walks into a left hand.

Tiger rushes Kampa and presses him up against the cage.
Kampa misses with a body punch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Tiger.

Tiger has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kampa clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Tiger is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Kampa has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Kampa tries to break free.
Tiger is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Despite being in the dominant position, Yeovil Tiger just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Tiger is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Kampa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kampa has closed the distance and engaged Tiger in a clinch.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kampa has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Tiger has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Kampa is trying to stick to Tiger's back but Tiger is turning into Kampa. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Kampa's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Tiger.

Jorma Kampa overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
