Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Del Phonics (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lawrence Soliman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Soliman's choice of entrance music: detox. Lawrence Soliman will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Del Phonics will probably get the nod.
