Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between ben cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Patrick Flanery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). cook's entrance music is last man. A fine choice. Flanery has chosen Dropkick Murphys - Shipping up to boston as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that ben cook has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily ben cook seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flanery throws a head kick but cook moves out of range.
Flanery moves in looking to clinch but cook pushes him off.
Flanery lands with a straight right. cook didn't see that one coming.
It looks like ben cook has been cut.
A punch combination from Flanery misses.
Flanery scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
cook is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Flanery is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so cook is just riding it out for now. Flanery eventually gives up the hold.

Flanery wants to clinch up but cook keeps it at a distance.

Flanery looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Flanery changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. cook tries to avoid it but Flanery manages to keep hold of a leg and drag cook to the ground. cook escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

cook passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Flanery!
