Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Ono (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jin Kisaragi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kisaragi is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Lust SIN. Jin Kisaragi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kisaragi scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Ono wants to get back to full guard.
Kisaragi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Kisaragi is looking for a kimura but Ono is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kisaragi to get the leverage.
Ono has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kisaragi is working away from the top position though.
Ono is trying to get back to full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kisaragi is thwarting Ono's attempts to control the position.

Kisaragi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Kisaragi seems to be looking for submissions.

Kisaragi is working for a kimura but Ono is defending it quite comfortably.
Kisaragi looks gassed!

Kisaragi is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Kisaragi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ono is just riding it out for now. Kisaragi eventually gives up the hold.
Ono tries to kick Kisaragi off but Kisaragi keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Ono is pressing down on Kisaragi's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Kisaragi drops back looking for a leg! Ono is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ono manages to kick Kisaragi off! Kisaragi jumps back into Ono's guard.
Ono is looking to stand up but Kisaragi isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kisaragi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Kisaragi drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ono dives on top into guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kisaragi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jin Kisaragi dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Ono closes the distance and clinches up with Kisaragi, looking for a takedown. Ono pushes Kisaragi against the cage but Kisaragi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ono shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kisaragi defends it nicely.

Ono gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kisaragi advances position into side control!

Kisaragi has hold of Ono's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Ono tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kisaragi cranks the arm and Ono screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Ono, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
