Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josiah Scurlock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Dunne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dunne comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Nopsajalka - Johnny Kidd kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Steve Erwin and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scurlock misses with an uppercut. Dunne saw that one coming.
Scurlock connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Scurlock blocks a jab.
Dunne scores a takedown into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dunne thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Scurlock is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Scurlock tries to reverse the position but Dunne maintains control.

Dunne is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Scurlock can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Scurlock is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Dunne throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Scurlock because Dunne loaded up on that one.

Dunne goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Scurlock is on top in guard.
Scurlock gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Scurlock closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Dunne displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Scurlock throws out the jab.

Josiah Scurlock is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Scurlock throws a series of punches but Dunne moves out of range.
Scurlock throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Dunne shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Scurlock but Scurlock pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Scurlock ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Dunne swings for the body but Scurlock moves out of range.
Scurlock misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Scurlock throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dunne.

Dunne tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Scurlock was well out of range. Poor timing from Dunne.
Scurlock connects with a crisp jab.
Dunne gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Scurlock is pushing Dunne's head away, looking to escape. Dunne manages to hold on to the position though.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Josiah Scurlock will probably get the nod.
That's time! Scurlock's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Dunne throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Scurlock works over Dunne's head and body with a nice combination.
Scurlock tries to bum rush Dunne with a series of wild strikes but Dunne uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Scurlock throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Scurlock misses with a few strikes there.
Josiah Scurlock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dunne takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Dunne is rocked!
Scurlock throws a series of punches but Dunne avoids them all with ease.
Dunne is still on wobbly legs! Can Scurlock finish him?
