Cormier's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Pharoahe Monch - Simon Says. Jenkins has chosen ill bill - war is my destiny as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cormier looks to score with a jab to the body but Jenkins is just out of range.

It looks like Raddick Jenkins has been cut.
Jenkins is looking to clinch but Cormier is avoiding it.
Jenkins misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cormier throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cormier misses with a two punch combination.
A thudding body kick lands there by Jenkins!
Cormier takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cormier misses with a double jab.
Jenkins throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Cormier has cracked Jenkins with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Cormier lands another huge swinging hook and Jenkins tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Jenkins, before Cormier can land any more shots!
