The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reilly scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Schaeffer doesn't seem bothered though.
Nice defenses there by Schaeffer.
Schaeffer ducks under a wild hook from Reilly.
Brendan Reilly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Schaeffer tries a head kick but it misses.
Reilly just misses with a punch to the body.
Reilly scores with a shot to the body.
Reilly will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Reilly throws a nice looking combination but Schaeffer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Schaeffer takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Reilly changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Schaeffer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Reilly misses with a series of wild punches.
Nice uppercut lands for Reilly. That snapped Schaeffer's head back.
Reilly connects with a body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Schaeffer shoots for a double leg takedown but Reilly sprawls well. He's pushed Schaeffer's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dutch Schaeffer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Reilly misses with a jab, cross combination.
Reilly stalks Schaeffer and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Schaeffer's face. Schaeffer staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Dutch Schaeffer has been cut.
Reilly blocks a head kick by Schaeffer.
Reilly misses with a jab, cross combination.
Reilly fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schaeffer manages to avoid it.

Reilly stuns Schaeffer with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Schaeffer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Schaeffer dodges the punch combination from Reilly.
Schaeffer wants to clinch up but Reilly keeps it at a distance.
Reilly rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Schaeffer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Schaeffer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Reilly throws a body punch but Schaeffer moves out of range.
Reilly uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Brendan Reilly is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Schaeffer is looking to clinch but Reilly is avoiding it.
Schaeffer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Reilly.
Reilly scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Schaeffer takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Reilly avoids the head kick by Schaeffer.
Schaeffer takes a shot to the body in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Reilly scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Reilly lands a left and a right that send Schaeffer crashing to the mat, dazed. Reilly thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Schaeffer is rocked!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Reilly drops Schaeffer with a big left hand! Schaeffer is injured, injured bad! Reilly jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
