PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Duce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Ford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duce comes to the cage accompanied by Anger. Ford has chosen Drop the World as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duce scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Ford pushes Duce off looking to stand but Duce dives back in and keeps control.

Ford kicks Duce off and gets back to his feet.
Duce changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ford tries to avoid it but Duce manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ford to the ground. Ford escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A combination from Ford does no damage.
Duce jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Ford defending well as Duce loads up on a big left hand.
Duce takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Duce shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ford as he avoids it easily.
Ford throws a head kick that half lands.
Duce thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ford ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Duce walks into a jab.
Ford lands a front kick.
Nice defenses there by Ford.
Duce takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Ford scores with a one two! Duce had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Ford stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruce Duce. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ford turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Ford throws a series of punches but Duce avoids them all with ease.

Ford throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Ford lands a two punch combo.
Oh Duce is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ford walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Duce drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Ford swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Duce's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
