Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between My Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brukk Lesmore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). My Boy could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brukk Lesmore's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, My Boy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brukk Lesmore!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesmore looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Lesmore instigates a clinch.
Boy has Lesmore pressed against the cage, preventing Lesmore from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Lesmore gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Boy tries to get to full guard but Lesmore has control of the leg.
Lesmore missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Lesmore is looking to take a break and control but Boy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Boy preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

Boy looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Boy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Lesmore is working to get back to half guard.
Boy takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Lesmore is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Lesmore might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Boy kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lesmore can do anything to dispel that myth.

Boy lands with some strikes.

BOOM! Boy connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lesmore is desperately trying to improve his position but Boy has a good base and remains in mount.

Boy looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Boy can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lesmore is looking to escape.

Boy has control of Lesmore's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lesmore regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Lesmore won't allow Boy to pass to mount.
Boy missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Lesmore is looking for a sweep. Boy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Boy is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lesmore defends it well.
Boy is trying to control the action in half guard but Lesmore is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Lesmore throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Boy.
Boy shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lesmore sprawls well. Lesmore wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Boy gets slowly back to his feet.
Boy shoots in looking for a takedown. Lesmore tries to sprawl out of it but Boy keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lesmore manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lesmore misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
My Boy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Lesmore postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Lesmore feints and as Boy raises his hands in defense, Lesmore changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lesmore postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lesmore wants to control from the top but Boy keeps moving.

Boy cracks Lesmore with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Brukk Lesmore showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

and Lesmore decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Boy's guard.

Lesmore stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Lesmore throws a right hand that Boy ducks under and follows up with a left that Boy also avoids with ease.
Lesmore lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Lesmore scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
My Boy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lesmore throws a combination. Boy tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Lesmore throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lesmore lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lesmore.

Lesmore is fighting to break Boy's control of his arms but Boy is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Boy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Lesmore!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Boy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Brukk Lesmore comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Lesmore has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
