Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tang Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Presley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Presley as he avoids it easily.
Presley tries to bum rush Po with a series of wild strikes but Po uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Po looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Presley!
Presley tries to hold on but Po pushes him away.
Poor strikes thrown by Po there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Po throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Presley because Po loaded up on that one.
Po punching from mount but Presley doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Presley is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Presley tries to lock up and control but Po gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Presley is working to get back to half guard.
Presley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Po. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Po throwing strikes here but Presley is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Po sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Presley manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Presley wants to improve his position but Po is controlling well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Presley is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Po working over Presley with some ground and pound. Presley looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Po blocks the strikes from Presley.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nice body punch from Presley.

Presley works the jab nicely.
Po tries to close the distance and clinch up but Presley swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Presley throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Po stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Po takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Presley lands with a right that hurts Po. Po looks to clinch but Presley throws a short knee that drops Po. This one is all over!
