The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jackson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Timberloke but Timberloke pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Timberloke stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Timberloke wants it to stay on the feet.
jackson slips a jab and a cross from Timberloke.
Timberloke tries to bum rush jackson with a series of wild strikes but jackson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Timberloke is fending him off so far but jackson persists. Nope, Timberloke circles away and we're back to standing.

Timberloke throws a right hand that jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that jackson also avoids with ease.
