Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, kenny davies!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Lance Jones!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
davies shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jones as he avoids it easily.
Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
davies misses with a head kick.
davies dives in and grabs Jones's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jones pushes down on davies's head and hops out.
Jones misses with a wild combination.
Lance Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones throws a right hand that davies ducks under and follows up with a left that davies also avoids with ease.
A decent looking body kick lands there for davies.

davies closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

davies stuns Jones with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jones is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by davies.

davies has Jones up against the cage in a clinch.
Jones is trying to drag davies to the mat but davies just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

A telegraphed right hand from Jones misses the target.
davies fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jones avoids it really well and circles away.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones pushes davies away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, davies gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Jones throws a hook but davies avoids it easily.

davies tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jones swivels and escapes.
Jones dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jones swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
davies bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

davies shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!

davies shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed davies's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

davies rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Jones scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. davies doesn't seem bothered though.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Jones throws the left hand but davies avoids the punch easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Jones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Jones stands up over davies, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

davies has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jones can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
