The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuori throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mulkku could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Nuori throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nuori with a nice cross.
It looks like Aikamoinen Mulkku has been cut.
Mulkku scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Nuori shoots in looking for a takedown. Mulkku tries to sprawl out of it but Nuori keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mulkku manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mulkku misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nuori is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mulkku.
Nuori missing with a left hand there. Mulkku was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Nuori fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Erilainen Nuori seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mulkku tries for a takedown but Nuori sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nuori throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Mulkku looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Nuori tries to get to full guard but Mulkku has control of the leg.
Nuori is trying to maintain the position but Mulkku is very close to passing his half guard.
Mulkku in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Nuori tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Mulkku!
