Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bagwell is looking to clinch.
Gull misses with an uppercut. Bagwell saw that one coming.
Bagwell dodges the punch combination from Gull.
Bagwell just misses with a punch to the body.
Gull throws a lazy right hand but Bagwell sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bagwell displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gull throws out the jab.
Nice defenses there by Bagwell.
Bagwell checks a low kick from Gull.
Bagwell lands with a shot to the body.
Bagwell tries a low kick but Gull avoids it.
Gull changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Bagwell swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bagwell fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gull.
Gull slips under a jab from Bagwell.
Bagwell moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Bagwell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gull swivels and escapes.

Gull takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Gull displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bagwell throws out the jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bagwell. Gull does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gull moves out of range as Bagwell strikes.
Bagwell just misses with a punch to the body.
Gull takes a swing at Bagwell's ribcage but misses.
Gull is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bagwell.
Gull throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bagwell.
Gull misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gull will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gull throws a looping overhand right but Bagwell ducks down to avoid it.

Bagwell tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gull sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bagwell somewhat.
Bagwell slips a jab from Gull.

Bagwell is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gull's half guard.
Well, if Bagwell is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Bagwell wants to control but Gull is keeping him busy.

Gull keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Bagwell is pressing down on Gull's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gull is holding on for now.

Gull is refusing to be controlled, as Bagwell sits in half guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Gull tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bagwell looking to control and managing it successfully.
Bagwell wants to control the pace but Gull is squirming around nicely.
A nice elbow there by Bagwell.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Buff Bagwell dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Gull ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bagwell moves away.
Bagwell looks to land a left hand but Gull moved out of range nicely.
Bagwell staying out of range there.
Gull just misses with a punch to the body.
Bagwell keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gull.
A telegraphed right hand from Gull misses the target.
Bagwell ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bagwell fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Gull swinging wildly here.
Bagwell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gull's waist but Gull gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bagwell off to one side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gull has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bagwell finds it's way round the side to connect with Gull's head.
Bagwell just misses with a punch to the body.
Gull gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bagwell.

Bagwell has Gull up against the cage in a clinch.
Bagwell tries for a takedown. No joy.

Gull is trying to force a seperation but Bagwell has the dominant position.
Gull prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buff Bagwell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gull looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Bagwell just leaning against Gull, taking a breather.
Bagwell is working for takedown but Gull is calmly controlling the position for now.
Bagwell prevents Gull from breaking the clinch.

Eli Gull is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Bagwell fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gull avoids it really well and circles away.

Bagwell looks to land a right hand but Gull moved out of range.

Bagwell looking to control but Gull is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Bagwell goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Gull is on top in guard.

Bagwell looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gull is one step ahead there.
Bagwell is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gull has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bagwell is proving hard to escape from.
Gull is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bagwell manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gull manages to get himself to full guard.
Gull keeping moving, preventing Bagwell from controlling successfully.
Bagwell stays in close to Gull's body and controls the position.
Bagwell trying to control the position from guard on top but Gull is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Buff Bagwell dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Bagwell looks to land a body kick but Gull moved away.
Bagwell missing with a left hand there. Gull was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bagwell misses with a wild body shot.
Bagwell ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gull looks for the body kick but Bagwell saw that one coming.
Bagwell thuds a left hand into Gull's body.
Donk. Gull catches Bagwell right on the button with a cross.
Bagwell slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Gull throws a lazy body kick
and Bagwell counters with a stiff right hand.

Bagwell fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gull sprawls well initially but Bagwell persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Bagwell moves into full mount! Gull won't be happy about that!
Bagwell tries to control but Gull wriggling away.

Bagwell has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Gull's face.
