Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miklo Velka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martell Hennessey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velka kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Delinquent Habits - Tres Delinquentes. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velka lands with a nice combination. Hennessey backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Martell Hennessey has been cut.
Hennessey shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Velka defends it nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hennessey. Velka does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hennessey tries to clinch but Velka moves out of range.

Velka throws a hook to the side of Hennessey's head but Hennessey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hennessey shoots in looking for a takedown. Velka tries to sprawl out of it but Hennessey keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Velka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Miklo Velka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Martell Hennessey.
Velka throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hennessey stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hennessey looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crack! A monster head kick from Velka and Hennessey falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Velka!
