Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fran Einhorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Rockford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rockford has chosen Click Click Boom as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Fran Einhorn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hank Rockford!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rockford throws a series of strikes that have Einhorn backpedaling.
Rockford throws a right and a left that Einhorn avoids nicely.
Einhorn is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Rockford tries to clinch but Einhorn moves away
and Einhorn counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Hank Rockford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rockford shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Einhorn pinned against the cage. Einhorn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Einhorn tries to clinch but Rockford moves out of range.

Rockford scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Rockford is trying to control the action in half guard but Einhorn is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Einhorn gets full guard.

Rockford avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Rockford trying to control the position from guard on top but Einhorn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Einhorn lands an upkick as Rockford stands over him.

Einhorn tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Rockford tries to clinch up but Einhorn circles away and keeps his distance.
A head kick by Rockford misses

and Einhorn counters with a flying knee that sends his opponent to the canvas! Einhorn looking to finish!


Rockford is rocked!
Rockford is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Einhorn is controlling him.
Einhorn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Einhorn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rockford swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rockford looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Einhorn trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Rockford trying to control the position.
Einhorn looking to sit in guard and control but Rockford gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Einhorn is looking for a triangle but Rockford pushes his legs off easily.
Einhorn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Einhorn is trying to control the position but Rockford postures up.

Rockford drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Einhorn manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rockford has Einhorn in his guard.

Rockford working for a triangle but Einhorn defends it easily.
Einhorn stands and throws Rockford's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Rockford tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Einhorn looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Rockford tries to improve position but can't.
Rockford really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Einhorn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Rockford takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Einhorn lands an elbow.

Einhorn tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Einhorn has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Einhorn wants to control but Rockford is keeping him busy.
Rockford is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Einhorn has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Einhorn is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Rockford is trying to escape and Einhorn transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Rockford is forced to tap! Nice work there by Einhorn! Very nice indeed!
