Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Lightyear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Nom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lightyear comes to the cage accompanied by Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. Buzz Lightyear has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lightyear showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nom.
Nom missing with a left hand there. Lightyear was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Nom throws an overhand right that lands on Lightyear's shoulder, as Lightyear tries to avoid the shot.
Lightyear lands a jab to the head.
It looks like King Nom has been cut.
Nom steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lightyear.
Nom throws a series of punches but Lightyear moves out of range.
Nom throws a right hand that Lightyear ducks under and follows up with a left that Lightyear also avoids with ease.
Lightyear lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Lightyear.
Nom throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Lightyear counter with a right hand.
Lightyear steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nom.
Nom drops his hands momentarily and Lightyear takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Lightyear stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nom misses with a combination
and Lightyear counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Nom! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buzz Lightyear!
