Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marek Gentlemen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgar Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Marek Gentlemen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Edgar Davis!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gentlemen misses with a takedown attempt - Davis sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Gentlemen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Davis tries to avoid it but Gentlemen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Davis to the ground. Davis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Davis throws a sloppy head kick and Gentlemen moves out of range easily.
Gentlemen shoots in for a takedown but Davis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Davis darts in and clinches Gentlemen up against the cage.

Davis gets control of Gentlemen's arms and successfully pulls guard. Davis will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Gentlemen pushes Davis away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Davis gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Gentlemen manages to work his way to half guard, despite Davis's best efforts.

Davis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gentlemen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Gentlemen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Davis defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gentlemen has his foot on Davis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Davis works his way back into a safe position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Davis stands and steps away. Gentlemen gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Davis wanted to stand there but Gentlemen had control of the position.

Gentlemen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Davis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Davis manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well Davis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
