The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Face looks to land a combination but Nakata avoids it well.
Nakata throws a combination. Face tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Nakata keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nakata fails to land with a series of punches.
Face takes a swing at Nakata's ribcage but misses.
No joy there for Nakata, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

enabling Nakata to counter with a crisp jab.
Face misses with an uppercut. Nakata saw that one coming.
Nakata lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nakata lands a jab to the head.
Nakata scores with a decent looking hook.
Nakata looks to score with a jab to the body but Face is just out of range.
Nakata throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Face.
Face is looking to score with low kicks.
Nakata is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nakata shoots for a double leg takedown but Face sprawls well. He's pushed Nakata's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Face jabs at Nakata's body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nakata shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Face pinned against the cage. Face gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Face attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Nakata takes one on the button.
Nakata misses with an uppercut.

Face drops Nakata with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nakata looks back up at him and smiles so Face waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Nakata is rocked!

Nakata throws a body punch but Face moves out of range.
Nakata is still on wobbly legs! Can Face finish him?
Face lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Nakata - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Face!
