The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson fails to land the takedown.
Ferguson throws a looping overhand right but Juice ducks down to avoid it.
Ferguson dives in and grabs Juice's left leg, looking for a takedown. Juice pushes down on Ferguson's head and hops out.
Ferguson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Juice pinned against the cage. Juice gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joshua Ferguson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ferguson dives in and grabs Juice's left leg, looking for a takedown. Juice pushes down on Ferguson's head and hops out.
Juice scores with a crisp jab that stopped Ferguson in his tracks.

It looks like Joshua Ferguson has been cut.
Ferguson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Juice throws a series of punches but Ferguson moves out of range.
Juice looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Juice misses with a head kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ferguson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Juice throws a leg kick which misses Ferguson's front leg but catches the back leg as Ferguson tries to avoid it.
Joshua Ferguson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ferguson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ferguson is breathing heavily.
Ferguson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Juice as he avoids it easily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Juice, as that shot connected.

Juice misses with a few strikes there.
Juice lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Ferguson crumples to the floor! Juice milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
