Cruise has chosen here comes the boom as his entrance music. Sammy Carlo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dan Cruise's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlo closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Cruise looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Cruise looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Carlo is fending him off so far but Cruise persists. Nope, Carlo circles away and we're back to standing.
Carlo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Carlo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Carlo misses with a two punch combination.
Cruise tries to clinch but Carlo moves out of range.
Carlo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Cruise backs up against the cage.
Carlo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cruise moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Cruise misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Cruise has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Carlo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

No joy there for Carlo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Carlo stalks Cruise and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cruise's face. Cruise staggers backwards, shaken.

Cruise seems to have recovered his senses.
Dan Cruise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carlo lands a hook that stumbles Cruise back into the cage. Carlo follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Cruise to the canvas! Carlo pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Cruise has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
