Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Scofield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matty Ganns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scofield's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, You Don't Wanna Fuck Wit Me. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Scofield.
Scofield shoots in and drives through. Ganns sprawls well.

Ganns throws a head kick that misses.
Scofield throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ganns's waist but Ganns gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Scofield off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Scofield. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Some bone on bone action there as Scofield checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Ganns looks for the body kick but Scofield saw that one coming.

Ganns is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Scofield is controlling him well.

Scofield is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ganns is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ganns is trying to stand.
Ganns is defending against the submission attempts here by Scofield.
Scofield seems to be working for a kimura but Ganns defends the submission attempt.
Scofield is breathing heavily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Scofield moves nicely into side control.
Scofield swings around for an armbar but Ganns sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Scofield's guard.

Scofield working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ganns doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ganns manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ganns decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Scofield, up you get!
Scofield avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ganns tries a low kick but Scofield avoids it.
Ganns feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Scofield's calf.

Scofield looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ganns is fending him off so far but Scofield persists. Nope, Ganns circles away and we're back to standing.

Ganns scores with a takedown into Scofield's guard.
Ganns decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ganns feints and then cracks Scofield's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Scofield down.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ganns tries to clinch but Scofield moves out of range.
Scofield will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ganns fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Scofield avoids it really well and circles away.
Scofield shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ganns pinned against the cage. Ganns gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Ganns connects with a good right hand that stumbles Scofield. Scofield circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matty Ganns dominated that round.
That's time! Scofield's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Ganns moves into range and connects with a jab.
Scofield checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Scofield shoots in but Ganns avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ganns digs a good body shot into Scofield's ribs.

Ganns throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ganns tries to close the distance and clinch up but Scofield swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Scofield takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Ganns fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Scofield checks it well.
Ganns tries to clinch but Scofield is having none of it.
Scofield slips a jab from Ganns.
A cross from Ganns lands.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Scofield shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ganns sprawls well. Ganns wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Scofield gets slowly back to his feet.

Scofield moves out of range as Ganns throws a body kick.
Scofield looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Ganns!
Ganns holds on to Scofield as tight as he can, avoiding damage.
Ganns sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Scofield is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Scofield wants to control but Ganns is keeping him busy.
Scofield is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

Ganns manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ganns trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Ganns is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Scofield can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Scofield is working to get back to half guard.
Scofield is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Ganns is stalling here but it's allowed Scofield to get half guard.
Scofield is trying to maintain the position but Ganns is very close to passing his half guard.

Ganns tries to stand but can't do so whilst Scofield controls his leg.
Ganns is trying to control. Scofield wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Scofield has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Ganns. Oh but Scofield has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Ganns goes limp - he's gone! Scofield jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
