Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gerald Lowe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johnny Tsunami!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsunami tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lowe paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Tsunami shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lowe's guard.
Tsunami postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lowe is controlling Tsunami's posture.
Tsunami is looking to stand up but Lowe won't let him.
Lowe tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lowe is breathing heavily.
Lowe is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tsunami is controlling him.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Tsunami looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lowe is fending him off so far but Tsunami persists. Nope, Lowe circles away and we're back to standing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lowe connects with a nice short shot to Tsunami's temple.

Tsunami shoots in looking for a takedown. Lowe tries to sprawl out of it but Tsunami keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lowe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Lowe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tsunami as he jumps to the side.

Tsunami decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Tsunami is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Lowe moves into full guard.
Lowe has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tsunami gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

I would just about give that final round to Johnny Tsunami.
