Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Kane throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kane off to one side.
Johnson just misses with a punch to the body.

Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Kane is just out of range.
Kane shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Anthony Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andre Kane.
Kane slips a jab and a cross from Johnson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kane shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Johnson as he jumps to the side.

Johnson throws a series of punches but Kane avoids them all with ease.

Kane shoots for a double leg takedown but Johnson sprawls well. He's pushed Kane's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kane shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Johnson as he avoids it easily.
Johnson misses with a series of wild punches.
Kane shoots in looking for a takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl out of it but Kane keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Johnson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kane backs up against the cage.

Kane tries to score a power double leg takedown but Johnson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kane somewhat.
Johnson lands with a nice combination. Kane backs away looking to recover.
Kane takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kane gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Johnson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Johnson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Kane is trying desperately to land a takedown but Johnson is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Kane.
Kane fails with the takedown.

Johnson stuns Kane with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Johnson misses with a straight left.
Johnson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Johnson is looking to wear down Kane with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Kane looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Johnson is fending him off so far but Kane persists. Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing.

Kane takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Kane looks gassed!
Johnson jabs at Kane's body.
Johnson throws a right and a left that Kane avoids nicely.
Kane shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Johnson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Johnson scores with a one two! Kane had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Kane is rocked!
Kane ducks under a wild hook from Johnson.
Kane is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?
Johnson throws an overhand right that lands on Kane's shoulder, as Kane tries to avoid the shot.
Kane avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kane seems to have recovered his senses.
Kane looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Johnson is fending him off so far but Kane persists. Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kane fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Kane shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Johnson as he avoids it easily.
Johnson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Johnson connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Kane tumbling to the canvas! Johnson pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Kane was done - good stoppage!
