The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mittendorf was covering up waiting for the punch and Chong finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Mittendorf is trying to control the position but Chong postures up.
Chong postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Mittendorf is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Chong, into his guard.
Chong pushes a forearm under Mittendorf's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Mittendorf is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
