Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zewkey Gabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Guy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Big Guy will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy looks to throw the jab but Gabe is out of range.
Gabe misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Gabe is looking to clinch but Guy is avoiding it.
Guy thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gabe moves out of range of the strikes.
Gabe keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Guy looks to throw the jab but Gabe is out of range.
Guy misses with a low kick.
Gabe ducks under a wild hook from Guy.
Guy throws a leg kick but Gabe moved away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gabe throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Gabe blocks the body kick.
Guy has his takedown stuffed

and Gabe counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Guy's guard now.
Gabe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gabe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gabe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Gabe thows a big elbow that misses.

Gabe is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Guy wants to sweep but no luck.
Guy is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Gabe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gabe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gabe is breathing heavily.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Gabe on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

It looks like Zewkey Gabe has been cut.
Guy works the jab nicely.

and Guy scores with a counter punch that sends Gabe to the canvas! Guy smells blood - he's punishing Gabe with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Gabe has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
