The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Philips avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Philips checks a leg kick.
BOXE is looking to clinch but Philips is avoiding it.
Philips slaps away a takedown attempt from BOXE, before circling back to the center of the mat.
BOXE avoids the body shot from Philips.
BOXE tries to close the distance and clinch up but Philips swats him away and circles back towards the center.
BOXE moves out of range as Philips strikes.
BOXE doesn't manage to clinch there - Philips circles away.
BOXE changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Philips tries to avoid it but BOXE manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Philips to the ground. Philips escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
BOXE wants to clinch.

Philips lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Philips.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from BOXE.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Di BOXE. That's going to take a lot out of him.
BOXE tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Philips swivels and escapes.
Philips keeps the fight on the outside.
Philips closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops BOXE! Philips dives in looking to finish! BOXE is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
