Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Davis.
Rogers swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rogers works the jab nicely.
It looks like John Davis has been cut.
Rogers fails to land with a series of punches.
Rogers lands the left hand.
Rogers throws a right and a left that Davis avoids nicely.
Davis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rogers.
Davis fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Davis feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rogers sprawling to the canvas! Rogers rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Davis finish him?!
It looks like Kyle Rogers has been cut.
Rogers looks gassed!
Davis thuds a left hand into Rogers's body.
Rogers switches off momentarily and Davis cracks him with a monster right hand! Rogers topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Davis dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Davis!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Davis!
