The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JOE tries for a takedown but Puckett sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Puckett showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from JOE.
Puckett lands a jab to JOE's midsection.
Puckett scores with a hook to the body. JOE takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
JOE is breathing heavily.
Puckett connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Big JOE has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Puckett cracks JOE with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! JOE looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Puckett finish him?
Puckett scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
JOE takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
JOE loses concentration momentarily and Puckett pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! JOE crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Puckett finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
