Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fred Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Fred Jones has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Jones fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hansen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Fred Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ken Hansen.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jones lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hansen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hansen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hansen is on top in guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hansen looks to land a strike but Jones avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
