Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sing Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Farro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ali comes into the arena with Prince Ali - Reprise blaring out of the sound system. Ben Farro has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farro throws a jab when Ali was well out of range.
Ali connects with a right hand. Farro shakes it off.
Ali tries to bum rush Farro with a series of wild strikes but Farro uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Farro slips a straight right by Ali.
Ali throws a hook but Farro blocks it.
Ali really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Farro tries to clinch there but Ali circles away.

Ali avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Ali rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Farro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Farro shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Farro throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ali works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Ali on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ali tries to get out of the position.

Farro drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ali manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Farro has Ali in his guard.
Ali will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Farro is on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Farro throws a strike but Ali rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
