Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nisper Ykonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Mabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ykonen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Raised Fist - Friends and Traitors. Craig Mabbit has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nisper Ykonen's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nisper Ykonen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Craig Mabbit !
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ykonen connects with a jab.
It looks like Craig Mabbit has been cut.
Ykonen throws a big shot that misses.
Ykonen forces Mabbit back against the cage and clinches.
Mabbit keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Ykonen's efforts to push away.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Mabbit jumps guard but Ykonen stands there with Mabbit around his waist. Mabbit gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Ykonen's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Ykonen has had enough of the clinch but Mabbit keeps him there for the moment.
Mabbit wants to stall.
Ykonen lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Ykonen blocks the elbow strike.
Mabbit tries to pull guard but Ykonen holds him up against the cage and eventually Mabbit drops back down to his feet.
Mabbit jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ykonen walks away with a smile on his face. Mabbit gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Nisper Ykonen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Craig Mabbit .
Ykonen swats away the attempt to clinch by Mabbit .
Ykonen misses with a hook. Mabbit ducked under it nicely.
A head kick misses from Mabbit .
Mabbit closes the distance but Ykonen moves to the side
and Ykonen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mabbit wants to clinch up but Ykonen keeps it at a distance.
Ykonen throws a looping overhand right but Mabbit ducks down to avoid it.
Ykonen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mabbit cracks Ykonen with a good jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ykonen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ykonen gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Mabbit can't get the takedown.
Ykonen stops a takedown attempt from Mabbit .
Mabbit pulls guard effortlessly.
Ykonen wants to control from the top but Mabbit keeps moving.
Mabbit pushes Ykonen off and scrambles back to his feet.
Mabbit clinches but Ykonen breaks the clinch
and Ykonen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ykonen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mabbit sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mabbit throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Mabbit takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mabbit looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ykonen scores with a punch to the head.
Mabbit is rocked!
Mabbit circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Ykonen. Mabbit falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Ykonen!
