The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quad lands a two punch combo.
Coleman tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Quad paws at him with a jab and circles away.

It looks like Quintin Quad has been cut.
Quad looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Coleman rushes Quad and presses him up against the cage.

Coleman tries a knee to the head but Quad blocks it.

That has opened up Quintin Quad's cut even more.
Coleman comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

The cut above Quintin Quad's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Quad has Coleman pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Coleman manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Jason Coleman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Quintin Quad.

Quintin Quad's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
