Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Asuma Dizazio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Petey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Asuma Dizazio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peter Petey !
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dizazio takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Dizazio moves out of range of the strikes.
Dizazio rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Petey moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Petey tries to bum rush Dizazio with a series of wild strikes but Dizazio uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Asuma Dizazio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dizazio has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Petey finds it's way round the side to connect with Dizazio's head.
Dizazio throws a big shot that misses.
Petey lands the left hand.
The crowd cheers as Petey lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dizazio doesn't seem phased though.

Dizazio feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dizazio has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Dizazio stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Petey swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Petey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dizazio's guard.

Dizazio had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Petey defends it easily.
Petey working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Petey swings around for an armbar but Dizazio sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Petey 's guard.

Petey seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dizazio does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Dizazio gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Petey lands a two punch combo.
Nice sprawl there from Dizazio as Petey shoots in.
Dizazio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dizazio throws a hook but Petey avoids it easily.
Dizazio shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Petey counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dizazio thinking.
Dizazio is breathing heavily.
Petey scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dizazio doesn't seem bothered though.
Dizazio tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Petey swivels and escapes.
Dizazio shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Petey sprawls well. Petey wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dizazio gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Asuma Dizazio. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Petey throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dizazio stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Dizazio tries to move into range but Petey moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Dizazio throws a head kick but Petey moves out of range.
Petey cracks Dizazio with an open hand slap.
Petey scores with a one two! Dizazio had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Dizazio misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dizazio is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Petey 's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
