Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tipo Comun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Dillan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Comun's entrance music is Getting Away With Murder. A fine choice. Dillan has chosen Kick Ass as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tipo Comun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Max Dillan!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dillan stuffs the takedown attempt from Comun. Comun gets slowly back to his feet.
Comun tries to clinch but Dillan moves out of range.
Dillan throws a nice looking combination but Comun bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Comun takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Max Dillan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dillan lands a nice shot to the body.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Comun is defended easily by Dillan.
A combination from Dillan does no damage.
Comun fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tipo Comun. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dillan takes a swing at Comun's ribcage but misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dillan. Comun does a little dance to reset his feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Comun.
Comun tries to clinch there but Dillan circles away.
A jab from Dillan finds it's way through Comun's defenses.
It looks like Tipo Comun has been cut.
Dillan lands a jab to Comun's midsection.
Comun is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dillan throws a right hand that Comun ducks under and follows up with a left that Comun also avoids with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Comun takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dillan feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Comun sprawling to the canvas! Comun rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Dillan finish him?!
Comun is rocked!
Dillan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Oh Comun is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dillan grinds an elbow into Comun's temple.
Dillan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Dillan stands up and beckons Comun to his feet.
Comun seems to have got his legs back now.
Dillan sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Comun's defenses. It connects perfectly with Comun's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Max Dillan!
