Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fay tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Fay looks to land a right hand but Teixeira moved out of range.
Fay throws a nice looking combination but Teixeira bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Teixeira tries to close the distance and clinch but Fay swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Teixeira keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fay.
Fay misses with a few strikes there.
The fight stays on the outside here - Teixeira looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Fay tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Teixeira counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fay has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Teixeira to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fay is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Teixeira pulls down on the head and he's put Fay to sleep! This one is all over!
