The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kane moves into the clinch successfully.

Lerfif pulls guard successfully.

Lerfif bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kane's guard.

Kane is pressed up against the cage. Lerfif has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kane down to the mat. Kane avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Kane drives through and clinches with Lerfif against the cage.

Lerfif manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kane tries to reverse the position but Lerfif maintains control.
Lerfif has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Lerfif jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kane manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Kane can't do much from the bottom here.
Lerfif is looking to take a break and control but Kane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lerfif has hold of Kane's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kane seems comfortable defending it but Lerfif has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kane is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kane is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Lerfif couldn't care less - he's delighted!
