Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dixon Labell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirco Maledictus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Labell.
Labell shoots in looking for a takedown. Maledictus tries to sprawl out of it but Labell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maledictus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Labell fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dixon Labell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Maledictus throws a right and a left that Labell avoids nicely.

Maledictus misses with a series of wild punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maledictus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Labell moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Labell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Maledictus defends it nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Labell is defended easily by Maledictus.

Maledictus stuffs the takedown attempt from Labell. Labell gets slowly back to his feet.
Labell is breathing heavily.

Maledictus lands a left and a right that send Labell crashing to the mat, dazed. Maledictus thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Labell is rocked!

It looks like Dixon Labell has been cut.
Maledictus seems to be stalking Labell here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Labell drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
