Stevenson comes into the arena with Simple Man blaring out of the sound system. Shinja Aoki has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson looks to land a right hand but Aoki moved out of range.
Stevenson stuffs the takedown attempt from Aoki. Aoki gets slowly back to his feet.
Stevenson throws a jab but it's blocked by Aoki.
Aoki is looking to clinch but Stevenson is avoiding it.

Aoki rushes Stevenson and presses him up against the cage.
Aoki tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Stevenson breaks from the clinch.
Aoki takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Aoki is looking to clinch but Stevenson is avoiding it.
A big right from Stevenson misses.
Aoki tries to clinch but Stevenson is having none of it.
Stevenson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Aoki's head.
Aoki takes one to the chin there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Stevenson lands a left and a right that send Aoki crashing to the mat, dazed. Stevenson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Aoki is rocked!
Stevenson moves in close and cracks Aoki with a massive right hand! Aoki, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Stevenson!
