I think Alexander might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem-Cinderella Man. O Callahan has chosen More human than human - White Zombie as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Callahan lands with a slapping head kick.


It looks like Christian Alexander has been cut.
O Callahan throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Alexander closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming O Callahan to the mat! O Callahan manages to get full guard.

Alexander sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed O Callahan's guard.

O Callahan is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Alexander lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Alexander is going oldschool here, as he tries to force O Callahan to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so O Callahan shrugs it off.
O Callahan is still in real trouble! Can Alexander finish him?

Alexander is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but O Callahan is surviving well by controlling Alexander's body position as best he can.

It looks like Joseph T O Callahan has been cut.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if O Callahan can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

O Callahan really wants to buck Alexander off and get back to his feet.

O Callahan tries to lock up and control but Alexander gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Alexander can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as O Callahan is looking to escape.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. O Callahan looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Alexander! Submission of the night perhaps?
