Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Danny De La Rosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Scully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think De La Rosa might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Why Can't We Be Friends?. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scully misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
De La Rosa wants to clinch up but Scully keeps it at a distance.

Scully instigates a clinch.
De La Rosa tries a knee to the head but Scully blocks it.
Scully is trying to force a seperation but De La Rosa has the dominant position.

Scully manages to break the clinch.
De La Rosa is looking to clinch but Scully is avoiding it.
Danny De La Rosa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Scully counters with a head kick that drops De La Rosa to the mat! De La Rosa scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Scully throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

De La Rosa lands a high kick to the side of Scully's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! De La Rosa dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Derek Scully has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

De La Rosa gets to his feet. Scully looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
De La Rosa wants to clinch.
Scully lunges at De La Rosa with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by De La Rosa's hand.
Scully misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Scully throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Scully circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! De La Rosa drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Scully follows De La Rosa to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
