Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dai Goro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jamal jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goro comes to the cage accompanied by Blues - Andra Sidan. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that jamal jenkins was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jenkins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Goro slips a jab and a cross from jenkins.
Goro tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but jenkins paws at him with a jab and circles away.
jenkins lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Goro backs up against the cage.
Goro wants to clinch up but jenkins keeps it at a distance.
jenkins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Goro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

A head kick misses from jenkins.
jenkins throws a right hand that Goro ducks under and follows up with a left that Goro also avoids with ease.
jenkins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Goro is looking to clinch but jenkins is avoiding it.
jenkins throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Goro tries to clinch but jenkins moves out of range.

Goro drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Goro lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear jenkins down.

The referee asks Goro politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Goro prefers to stall for the moment though.
Goro's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
