Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Buster Vessel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leon Barroni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vessel kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Graveyard Symphony. Leon Barroni is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barroni misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Vessel misses with a head kick.
Barroni tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Vessel moves into the clinch successfully.
Vessel controlling the action here for a moment.
Vessel managing to block the knees to the body from Barroni.
Vessel has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Barroni on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Vessel takes a knee to the side of the body.

Vessel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Vessel has closed the distance and engaged Barroni in a clinch.
Vessel is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Barroni is defending well for now.
Barroni is trying to stall.
Barroni is working for takedown but Vessel is calmly controlling the position for now.

Vessel breaks the clinch.
Barroni closes the distance looking to clinch
and Vessel counters with a big head kick but Barroni shrugs it off.
Vessel throws a nice inside leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Barroni.
Buster Vessel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leon Barroni.
Barroni blocks a head kick by Vessel.
Barroni tries to clinch but Vessel is having none of it.
Barroni with a lazy takedown attempt
and Vessel counters with a low kick, right behind Barroni 's knee.
Barroni shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vessel but Vessel pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Barroni keeps the fight on the outside.
Barroni shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vessel sprawls well. Vessel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Barroni gets slowly back to his feet.
Barroni looks gassed!
Vessel displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Barroni.

Vessel drives through and clinches with Barroni against the cage.
Barroni has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Vessel avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Vessel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Barroni misses with a few strikes there.
Barroni wants to clinch but Vessel slips to the side
and Vessel counters with a nice low kick that buckles Barroni's knee momentarily.

Vessel closes the distance and clinches.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Vessel pulls guard.

Vessel looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Vessel wants to stand but Barroni is controlling the position.

Barroni is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Vessel has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Barroni is looking to defend but Vessel has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Barroni! Vessel pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Barroni taps out and this one is all over!
