Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Welch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Welch comes to the cage accompanied by Stemm's Face The Pain. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welch misses with a double jab.
Welch tries to bum rush Steel with a series of wild strikes but Steel uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Steel misses the jab.
Welch lands a slapping body shot.
Welch misses with a looping right.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Welch, as that shot connected.
Welch throws a right hand that Steel ducks under and follows up with a left that Steel also avoids with ease.
Steel misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Steel throws a right hand that Welch ducks under and follows up with a left that Welch also avoids with ease.
Steel lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Welch circles away quickly and effectively.
Steel tries to clinch but Welch moves out of range.
Welch throws a hook to the side of Steel's head but Steel sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Steel looks to score with a jab to the body but Welch is just out of range.
Welch scores with a nice strike.
Bryan Welch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Welch moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Steel showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Welch.
Steel moves out of range of the strikes.
Steel throws a right and a left that Welch avoids nicely.
Welch lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Steel walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Steel on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Steel gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
A left and a right from Welch both land. Nice combination.
Welch jabs Steel right on the nose. Steel blinks but takes it well.

Steel is rocked!
Welch lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Steel can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Welch and Steel drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Welch.
