Byrne comes to the cage accompanied by Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song by Will Smith. Brosif Stalin is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Stalin.
Stalin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Byrne!
Stalin moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Byrne has worked his arm free - good work by Byrne!
Stalin is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Byrne is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Byrne is looking to reverse the position.
Stalin tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Stalin stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Stalin shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Stalin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Byrne is not content to let Stalin control the position.
Byrne flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stalin wants to work for an arm triangle but Byrne is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Byrne is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Stalin pulls his head out easily.
Stalin stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Byrne is breathing heavily.
Stalin lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Stalin digs a good body shot into Byrne's ribs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Stalin breaks from the clinch.
Byrne tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Stalin moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Stalin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Byrne was covering up waiting for the punch and Stalin finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Stalin gets to his feet. Byrne looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Stalin pushes Byrne up against the cage in a clinch.
Stalin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Stalin, right into the meat.
Stalin moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Stalin misses with a wild combination.

Stalin fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Stalin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Byrne.

Stalin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Stalin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Byrne is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Stalin.
Stalin pushes Byrne up against the cage in a clinch.
Stalin lands a takedown into guard.
Stalin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Byrne can't keep his opponent in guard - Stalin advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

That's time! Byrne's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Stalin counters with a one-two to the body.

Stalin gets to his feet - Byrne follows without any prompting.
Stalin lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Stalin throws a right and a left that Byrne avoids nicely.
Byrne throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Stalin counters with a left and a right that stings Byrne.
Stalin throws a combination. Byrne tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Byrne is rocked!
Brosif Stalin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stalin drops Byrne with a naaaaasty hook - Byrne is in real trouble here! Stalin dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
